You will greet customers, assist with product selection, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include appliances, hardware, tools, nursery, and more.

• Welcome and assist customers
• Locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish stock and process orders
• Cross-train in other departments
• Prepare merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 6 months of computer experience
• 6 months of experience with retail technology
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
• Trade certifications related to department

This role may require occasional travel and involves working in various environmental conditions, including outside weather. Lifting guidelines should be followed for safety.
