Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and SMS to ensure a positive experience.
  • Learn basics about Medicare and ancillary products to answer customer questions and explain coverage.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and phone call etiquette.
  • Organize and manage time effectively.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Demonstrate high professionalism and ethical standards.

  • Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving problems.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting additional offerings.
  • Open customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
