Compensation$18.50 per hour, with a raise to $19.23 after 90 days.

- Learn basics about Medicare and ancillary products to answer customer questions and explain coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and phone call etiquette.
- Organize and manage time effectively.
- Work collaboratively as a team player.
- Demonstrate high professionalism and ethical standards.
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving problems.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting additional offerings.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
