As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our team, you'll do more than oversee treatment plans—you’ll become a key part of a collaborative, values-driven culture committed to excellence in behavioral health.

What You’ll Do as a BCBA:

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands‑on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
