Overview

We are hiring Sales + Wellness Enthusiasts to represent Palm Beach Tan in a vibrant, customer‑focused environment. The role involves daily sales, product consultations, and operating a clean, welcoming salon.

• Competitive base pay plus commission

• Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide upbeat, professional consultations on sunbed, spray tanning, skincare, and wellness options
• Educate customers on Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized salon environment and handle daily cash transactions
• Perform opening/closing duties, complete daily administrative tasks, and track sales goals

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old
• Retail, customer service, or sales experience helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds for up to 7 hours per day
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
