Commercial Driver – Part Time

Overview

Commercial Driver – Part Time at ALLDATA (Auto Zone). You will drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while delivering WOW! customer service.

• Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules.
• Customer Service Excellence – Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and providing clear and professional automotive advice and installation services where applicable.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth operations and strong customer relationships.
• Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Safety & Compliance – Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies; process cash or card transactions securely per company policies.
• Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.

• Minimum Age:
  Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance:
  Must possess a valid license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Hazmat Endorsement:
  Preferred but not required; useful for handling regulated materials.
