Supply Chain Lead

Airswift is working in partnership with a leading drilling company seeking a Supply Chain Lead for a permanent and strategic role.

• Source and purchase all necessary materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
• Purchase domestic materials for business ensuring adequate stocking levels and cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to support business needs.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to onboard new products and suppliers.
• Work closely with Operations to manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Oversee inventory management and relationships with third-party warehouses and terminals.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate stock costs on all purchased materials.
• Partner with the Sales team to provide accurate pricing and cost analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in managing procurement spend, supplier relationships, developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Experience establishing and maintaining inventory thresholds.
• Experience executing sourcing duties to support manufacturing operations.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office), experience with ERP purchasing and M1 is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
