Wilkes-Barre, PA | $45,000.00 – $50,000.00

• Quickly understand and master the requirements of the local state and federal jurisdictions and the project requirements.
• Utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products, applying knowledge of computer literacy.
• Apply construction knowledge to assist in implementing plans on the project, including QA, Safety, Time, Cost, and Change & Information Management.
• Support site operations of a General Contractor and Sub-Contractor and manage building construction operations.
• Monitor construction for Quality Assurance (QA).
• Prepare, analyze, and identify incongruities and deficiencies in the Contractor’s work relative to construction documents.

• Analyze, develop, and design complete plans and specifications for new work and improvements.
• Provide administrative oversight and evaluation for all construction disciplines related to project work.
• Independently manage administration necessary for design completion and review of final contract documents.
• Assist with project management, project engineering, planning, scheduling, code compliance, testing, record keeping, quality control, cost control, and general oversight of EHRM construction projects.
• Determine documentation needed based on engineer risk assessments that could severely impact patient care.

• May possess a degree from an accredited institution or evidence of work experience or knowledge to compensate for the absence of higher education.
• A minimum of three (3) years of construction work experience may be substituted and will be reviewed for acceptability.
