Summary of Position:
The Guest Services Associate responsibilities include greeting everyone as they enter the facility, helping them navigate the facility, and providing general information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
Responsibilities- Greeting patients, family members and visitors upon arrival
- Providing directions or escorting individuals to their desired locations within the facility
- Assisting patients and guests with wheelchairs or other mobility needs
- Answering general inquiries and providing information about the facility services
- Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area
- Adhere to all facility policies regarding guest and patient privacy and confidentiality
- Understand Company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas
- Actively participate in creating a positive work environment, promoting team work
- Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned
- This position works the 2nd shift from 3pm - 11pm
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people and will involve frequent bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally - Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and a motor vehicle record check
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Six months customer service experience
