As a Dentist at Enable Dental, you will travel to various nursing homes throughout the Allentown area, providing essential dental care to elderly patients and individuals with disabilities. Your role involves delivering compassionate, professional treatment, showcasing empathy, dedication, and problem‑solving skills to improve oral health for vulnerable populations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑quality dental care to diverse patients in nursing homes.
  • Communicating effectively with elderly patients and patients with disabilities.

  • Maintaining patient records and treatment plans using dental software.
  • Collaborating with a team to provide seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
  • Active state dental license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning skills.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of general dental procedures.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Compensation: $900–$1,200 per day, or 28% of net production (depending on the nature of services provided in the market).
