Physician LIFE Geisinger Program for All Inclusive Care for Elderly

LIFE Geisinger (Living Independently for Elders) is seeking a geriatrician, family medicine or internal medicine physician for our LIFE Geisinger South Wilkes Barre program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Wilkes Barre, PA. The program provides additional independence for older individuals and their caregivers, helping eligible adults stay in their homes while receiving comprehensive daily living and health services.

This role involves delivering comprehensive geriatric care within the PACE framework, coordinating multidisciplinary services, and ensuring that each patient receives personalized, high‑quality care that promotes independence and wellness.

• Starting base salary of $320,000
• Continuing medical education: 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
• Fully paid relocation
• 401(k):

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required).

Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Pennsylvania.
