We’re seeking a skilled Oil & Gas Civil Engineer to support projects out of our Wilkes-Barre, PA, and Pittsburgh, PA offices. In this role, you’ll contribute to the planning, design, permitting, and construction of vital oil and gas infrastructure, including pipelines, well pads, water impoundments, storage facilities, and natural gas distribution utilities.

• Conduct civil site design and grading
• Pipeline alignment routing and design
• Erosion and sediment control design
• Perform stormwater management analysis and design
• Produce permit/construction drawing sets
• Prepare permit packages and submittals
• Provide technical support to project managers
• Perform field inspections and construction monitoring

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on Oil & Gas
• EIT required;
  Pennsylvania PE preferred
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency required; certifications a plus
• Hydro
  
  CAD and/or Hydraflow experience required
• Ability to travel for field assignments
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

The starting salary for this position is $80,000, with final compensation determined based on years of experience, qualifications, location, and licensing status.
