Responsibilities

Are you an experienced insurance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? Join our team as a
Senior Premium Auditor
and help ensure fair, compliant, and data‑driven premium assessments for our policyholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct premium audits—virtually or in person—on Workers’ Compensation, Business owners’, and other commercial policies.
  • Review financial records (e.g., payroll, sales, tax documents) to verify exposures and classifications.
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, agents, and internal teams to gather and validate information.
  • Prepare clear, accurate audit reports that support compliance and transparency.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior auditors.
  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry standards (ISO, NCCI, state‑specific rules).
  • Identify trends or discrepancies and elevate potential issues when needed.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of premium audit experience, especially in Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, or Commercial Auto.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is helpful—but equivalent experience is equally valued.
  • Performed audits for diverse lines of business nationwide.
  • Familiarity with audit principles and tools (e.g., Visual Audit, Nexus, proprietary systems).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and time management abilities.
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
  • Certifications like CPCU or APA are a plus, but not required.

Salary Range

55, USD.The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
