Direct Support Professional (DSP)Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one‑on‑one, non‑medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and behavioral diagnoses, etc.
LocationWilkes-Barre, PA and all of Luzerne County
ShiftPart‑time, Weekday, Weekend, Evening Shifts Available!
Job Duties- Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship
- Appropriate communication/social skills
- Light housekeeping and chores
- Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
- Meeting individual goals and outcomes
- Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)
