Elevated Healthcare Hospitality, in partnership with our healthcare agencies, provides exceptional hospitality to patients and guests offering a suite of transportation logistics including shuttle transportation and valet parking in a thoughtful, compassionate and meaningful way.

Responsible for greeting guests and patients in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival, and assisting them, if necessary, with wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc. Provide information on directions for the hospital or medical facility.

• Safely park and retrieve vehicles and maintain cleanliness and organization in parking areas.
• Assist patients and guests with wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, etc. as needed.
• Provide information regarding directions inside the hospital / medical facility.
• Ensure that traffic flows smoothly while keeping entrance area free of vehicles.
• Provide helpful information to all guests regarding transportation schedules and services.
• Understand company’s management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.

• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast‑paced environment, in close proximity to other people.
• Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job including the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stand for extended periods of time, and walk several miles daily.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and a motor vehicle record check.
• Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick shift) vehicle.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.

Experience:

Six (6) months in a driver / valet setting preferred.

This position is in the GWV facility located in Wilkes Barre PA.
