Are you a tech - savvy project leader who loves turning operational challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions? Our Retail Service Operations team is looking for a Services Operations Program Manager to drive technology - enabled improvements across our retail network.

If you enjoy optimizing processes, leading cross‑functional work streams, and using data + tools to create better customer and employee experiences—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead tech-focused Retail Service Operations projects (systems upgrades, reporting enhancements, new retail workflows)
• Build project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using PMO tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, automations)
• Drive portfolio health with clear reporting, risk management, and executive visibility
• Coach teams on project methodology and tool best practices
• Implement scalable processes and enhance digital project management capabilities
• Support change management and drive continuous improvement across retail operations

What You Bring

• 5+ years in project or program management (PMI/PMBOK preferred)
• Experience in retail operations or delivering tech solutions in retail environments
• Strong understanding of retail systems, workflows, and operational metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross‑functional projects
• Smartsheet experience and PMP/certifications are a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong technical fluency
• Ability to travel ~30%
