Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in E&S Property insurance
? Ready to lead product innovation and drive portfolio performance in a high-impact role?
We’re looking for a collaborative, data-driven leader to join our Product Management team and shape the future of our E&S Property offerings. This role offers the chance to lead product development from concept to launch, influence underwriting strategy, and work cross-functionally across actuarial, distribution, legal, and IT.
What You’ll Do- Lead new product development and enhancements
- Own rate decisions and collaborate on rating algorithms
- Guide underwriting decisions at both risk and portfolio levels
- Monitor performance and iterate based on data and market trends
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt to evolving landscapes
- 10+ years in E&S Product Management or related roles (underwriting experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of E&S Property insurance, including market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with tools like Power
BI and Excel (training available)
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
