CVS Health has an exciting opportunity in Wilkes-Barre, PAfora Warehouse Associate to be a part of our Mail Order Pharmacy team!

The Packing/Shipping Technician is essential toensuringpatients receive their medications in a timely manner.

As part of the team, you will have an important, uniquely rewardingroleputting your skills and experience to work in a closed-doorpharmacysetting. You will make a difference byexcellingin a complex, high impact dispensing role and positivelyimpactingthe lives of others. You will work alongside a team of talented individuals in aconcentratedteam effort and under the direct supervision of Lead Technicians and Pharmacy Supervisors.

The ideal candidate willpossesshigh levelsof reliability, accuracy, professionalism, team orientation, and problem-solving skills. As aPacking/Shipping colleague working in the pharmacy, you willbe responsible for performing the daily functions of packing and shipping prescription ordersin accordance with standard operating procedures.

In this role,youmayalso be cross trained in other functions such as operating automated packing machines, as well as automated and manual drug dispensing. Thismayalso include the loading of automated dispensing machines, validation, packaging, and delivery of prescription drug orders.

Sunday: 2 pm to 12:30 am Monday through Wednesday: 3 pm to 1:30 am

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment
• Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
• The ability to work businessrequiredovertime (BROT) when needed

• Experience in medical,fulfillment center,warehouseor healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
• Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, latestaysand weekend support.

• Ability to remain upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
• Moving about on foot toaccomplishtasks, particularly for moving from one work area to anotheror within the same work area.
• Ability tooccasionallylift/reach/twist/turn/bend/stoop/walk with up to 40lbsto move objects.
• The workeris required tohave close visual acuity to perform activities such as:viewing a computer screen, reading, visual inspection involving small parts.
• The ability to concentrate on a task overa period of time without being distracted.
