Position OverviewWe seek an experienced professional engineer with a background in water/wastewater and/or water resources engineering. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and leadership skills or potential to manage a broad range of water resources projects.
The role involves self-performing and directing project teams in planning and designing water infrastructure projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives for growth across Pennsylvania and nationwide.
LocationThis position offers a hybrid work schedule from either of our PA locations, including Pottsville or Wilkes-Barre. It requires onsite meetings and travel as necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects and team responsibilities
- Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; execute work plans
- Utilize project management software
- Coordinate with the Group Manager on project needs and growth
- Handle financial aspects of projects
- Engage in marketing and client outreach
- Identify business development opportunities
- Advance career and project management skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years of water/wastewater experience
- Licensed PE in Pennsylvania
- Existing client relationships in PA preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Team-oriented collaboration skills
