We seek an experienced professional engineer with a background in water/wastewater and/or water resources engineering. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise and leadership skills or potential to manage a broad range of water resources projects.

The role involves self-performing and directing project teams in planning and designing water infrastructure projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives for growth across Pennsylvania and nationwide.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule from either of our PA locations, including Pottsville or Wilkes-Barre. It requires onsite meetings and travel as necessary.

• Manage projects and team responsibilities
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget; execute work plans
• Utilize project management software
• Coordinate with the Group Manager on project needs and growth
• Handle financial aspects of projects
• Engage in marketing and client outreach
• Identify business development opportunities
• Advance career and project management skills

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 8 years of water/wastewater experience
• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania
• Existing client relationships in PA preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Team-oriented collaboration skills
