The Lion Brewery is dedicated to providing consistently high‑quality specialty products and services to our contract packing customers, wholesalers, retail distributors, and especially our consumers!

Base pay range: $27.00/hr - $28.00/hr.

Pay: $49,400- $67,500 annual compensation.

• Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Execute product changeovers
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Complete necessary job qualification within the designated timeframe
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and record‑keeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all safety regulations – all employees are expected to use proper PPE while at work which includes safety shoes (steel toes), safety glasses and hard hat
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
• Be part of the team and help with other tasks when necessary
• Effectively work with supervisors, mechanics and other workers to ensure timely and accurate work
• Must be available to work any shift (2nd, 3rd, alternative work week schedule, and overtime)
• Employee must be able to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills, able to work comfortably in a fast‑paced changeover environment
• Responsible for their own attendance and reliability
• Expected to come to work when scheduled, on time, and ready to work
• Expected to make the necessary arrangements in their personal life to be at work as scheduled

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience (bottling and/or canning experience and mechanical knowledge a plus)
• Must be detail‑oriented
• Understanding of production processes
• Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast‑paced environment
• Must have good attendance and the ability to be on time daily
• Computer skills a plus
