We are seeking full-time, 2nd shift Press Brake Set Up Operators to support the manufacture of cabinets or other products in our Sheet Metal Fabrication Department. Associates in these positions prepare sheet metal stock for application to finished product. Attention to detail and meeting production and quality standards are required.

Candidates selected for these positions must successfully complete screening requirements and a 400‑hour probationary period. Because these opportunities are part of a bargaining unit rooted in seniority principles, shifts are not guaranteed; applicants must be available to work any shift.

• Set up and operate press brakes.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment.
• Operate auxiliary equipment as assigned.
• Meet performance and quality standards.
• Use simple tools such as tape measure and protractor.
• Work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Maintain regular attendance.

Note:

This job may include operation of other machinery in the Fabrication work‑center as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience operating a Press Brake machine.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
