• Execute complex structural steel welds by strictly adhering to blueprints and established weld procedure specifications (WPS).
• Optimize production efficiency by properly configuring welding machinery and selecting the ideal filler materials for each project.
• Ensure structural integrity by conducting thorough visual inspections and performing necessary repairs to eliminate defects.
• Refine finished components through precise grinding and polishing to meet exact design tolerances.
• Interpret intricate fabrication drawings and technical weld symbols to guide daily assembly tasks.
• Uphold a culture of safety by consistently applying hot work protocols and utilizing required personal protective equipment.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
• Strong ability to interpret technical weld symbols and complex fabrication blueprints.

• Current AWS D1.1 certification.
• Proven track record working with high-strength steels or chrome-moly alloys.
• Advanced TIG welding certification or specialized experience.
