• Answer all phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Explain in a brief and pleasant manner how the Vehicle Donation or Goods Donation Programs work.
• Handle situations calmly and courteously.
• Take information from donor—accuracy being the most important.
• Assist with canceling a ticket, rescheduling pickups as needed, etc.
• Assist the donor in any way possible.
• Assist with donor paperwork such as folding inserts, stuffing envelopes, filling out forms, etc.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as copier, fax machine, scanner and printer.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good command of the English language.
• Good proofreading skills.
• Detail-oriented.
