Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Open Positions:

• Full Time: 3pm-11pm
• Part Time: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state
• Knowledge and skills to provide age‑appropriate care for residents
• Supportive team member who contributes to and exemplifies teamwork
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines that apply to nursing care facilities
• Leadership and supervisory ability with willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel
• Ability to relate information regarding a resident’s condition
• Basic computer knowledge
• Successful completion of a post‑offer, pre‑employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen

• Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, supervise the Skilled Nursing facility during the shift
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to ensure clinical duties and unit activities are completed to provide quality patient care
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care for residents adult through geriatric
• Assess resident status, interpret data, and identify resident requirements relative to age‑specific needs
• Supervise the Skilled Nursing Facility during scheduled shifts, making regular rounds throughout the facility
• Perform all duties and functions of an RN
• Assess physical condition and nursing needs of residents
• Direct nursing action in crisis situations
• Investigate incidents/accidents
• Adjust staffing to ensure adequate staffing on each unit
• Ensure delegated responsibilities remain within staff practice and ability
