Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

Location: River View Nursing and Rehab, Wilkes-Barre, PA

Job Type: Full-Time Monday - Friday | Evening Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

As an RN Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our care team and ensuring a high standard of nursing care during the evening shift. Your leadership helps create a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment.

• Provide guidance and oversight to direct care staff
• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing, scheduling, and unit operations
• Deliver hands‐on patient care as needed
• Act as a knowledgeable resource for team members
• Help maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff

• Active RN License in Pennsylvania (Required)
• At least 1 year of experience in a long‑term care or rehab setting
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• A resident‑centered mindset, focused on personalized and respectful care
