RN - NICU

This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts per week, with a commitment to every other weekend and every other holiday.

The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet the needs of patients. The role promotes adaptive responses of patients and their families to achieve the highest level of patient care, ensure safety, and maximize patient satisfaction. Compassionate care and effective coordination of patient care are vital components of this position.

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop appropriate care plans.
• Exhibit compassionate care during interactions with patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through effective nursing practices.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Certifications:
  
  NRP, STABLE, BLS (AHA).
• Current Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania.
