Full Time, Part Time | Multiple Shifts Available

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as Charge Nurses. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Our facility offers a supportive, resident-focused environment with strong leadership, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts

  • Supervise nursing staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure care is delivered according to standards

  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans

  • Evaluate staff performance and participate in coaching, corrective actions, and performance review processes

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond effectively to changes or clinical emergencies

  • Investigate incidents or accidents and ensure proper documentation and follow-up

  • Adjust staffing based on resident needs to maintain safe and adequate coverage

  • Communicate resident status, care updates, and shift-to-shift information effectively

  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and carry out all essential RN functions

  • Support quality initiatives, compliance efforts, and adherence to facility policies and procedures

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered care to adults and older adults with varying physical, emotional, and cognitive needs

Shift Options

Full-Time

Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Part-Time

Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements
  • Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of practice

  • Knowledge and skills appropriate for age-related resident care

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities

  • Understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations

  • Leadership experience and the ability to supervise and guide staff

  • Ability to respond professionally in crisis situations

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, including background check, physical, and drug screen
