Job Summary Community Care  Kistler, an FQHC lookalike model and affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their family medicine team. A practitioner who is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Job Duties

Community Care Kistler Clinic qualifies for the
* NHSC Loan Repayment Program which is the National Health Service Corps (up to $75,000 for two-years) in addition to the $10k recruitment incentive.

Due to the patient population, we prefer the Advanced Practitioner to be fluently bilingual in Spanish and must be able to treat all ages (birth to geriatric)

Clinic hours Monday - Thursday 8a
-7p;
Friday 8a-5p

Advanced Practitioners receive the following benefits:
