Clinical Team Coordinator – Registered Nurse; NICU

Coordinates and supervises nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.

• Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, and communicates effectively with team members and patients.
• Assists in developing nursing policies, supports evidence-based practices, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a positive work environment aligned with Magnet philosophies.
• Handles patient and family concerns, follows up on incidents, and ensures proper documentation.

Enrolled in a BSN program with at least 2 years of nursing experience. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
