A neurology physician assistant or nurse practitioner is sought to join the outpatient neurology team, with potential inpatient duties.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial patient assessments, triage, monitor procedure and lab results, coordinate follow-ups, communicate with patients and families, discuss plans with physicians, and assist with preauthorization for medications and diagnostic tests.
Qualifications & Skills- Physician Assistant:
Graduate of ARC-approved program, certified or eligible by NCCPA and State Board of Medicine. - Nurse Practitioner:
Completion from an approved program, eligible or certified by Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing, capable of working across all age groups.
