Registered Nurse - Oncology Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in a clinical setting, with specialized training in chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant care.

• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate and deliver treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decisions.
• Contribute to quality, safety, and unit goals through active participation in related programs and activities.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required);
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an acuity adaptable environment.
