Role:Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
Responsibilities:Formulate and coordinate individualized care plans, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate from a nursing specialty training program (required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates compassionate care, promotes safety, and ensures high patient and family satisfaction. Must meet unit-specific standards and be accountable for clinical and organizational metrics.
Key Duties:Complete assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare team members, and participate in quality improvement activities. Work in a dynamic environment with all private rooms, managing a broad range of acute and complex conditions, supported by remote telemetry and 24/7 hospitalist services.
