The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care, supervises staff, and supports team integration and performance evaluations.

The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care, supervises staff, and supports team integration and performance evaluations.

• Conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and supplies, addresses performance issues, and communicates patient care activities.
• Participates in policy development, ensures regulatory compliance, promotes evidence-based practices, mentors staff, and fosters a positive work environment aligned with Magnet philosophies.
• Ensures effective resource use, resolves patient and family concerns, follows up on incidents, and maintains proper documentation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience, enrollment in a BSN program, and a background in specialty training.

Typically performed in a clinical setting with a schedule including day and weekend shifts.
