Role Overview: This position is for an Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Must have graduated from a specialty nursing program, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in nursing. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to patient-centered care and safety.
