Inpatient Registered Nurse providing direct patient care, assessments, and care planning within a clinical environment.
Responsibilities:Completing assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families, coordinating and implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, evaluating intervention effectiveness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshooting equipment, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate from a specialty nursing program;
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience in cardiac surgery is a plus. Must meet licensing and certification requirements, demonstrate compassionate patient interaction, teamwork, and adherence to policies.
Provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate care; promote patient satisfaction; participate in decision-making, safety, and education programs; and contribute to unit and organizational goals.
