Responsibilities:Contribute data for patient assessments, address holistic needs, reinforce education, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and participate in discharge planning.
Engage in unit-based decision-making, mentor new staff, and ensure safety and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
Key Duties:Provide holistic care, coordinate patient interactions, support discharge planning, and collaborate proactively with the healthcare team.
Uphold policies and contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment.
Additional Information- Work typically performed in a clinical setting.
- Hours:
