Per Diem Critical Care APP

Provides patient care in collaboration with physicians, demonstrating autonomy in evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, prescribes medications, and performs procedures within scope. Works with nursing and staff to manage patient triage, education, and communication.

• Assess and diagnose patients, implementing treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Accurately document patient information and interpret diagnostic results.
• Prescribe, modify, or discontinue therapies as needed.
• Report significant findings or risks to supervising physicians.
• Perform clinical procedures within licensed scope.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and staff to coordinate care.
• Provide health education and advocate for patient safety and ethics.
• Follow policies and meet clinical goals and deadlines.

Master's degree as a Physician Assistant (preferred). Strong communication, clinical judgment, and proficiency in patient assessment and documentation are essential. Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical environment and adhere to organizational policies.
