Live Well Homecare is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, assess needs, and participate in discharge planning.
Responsibilities include assessments, nursing interventions, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Shifts run 7pm–7:30am, including every other weekend and holiday, with a strong emphasis on safety and patient satisfaction.
