Facility Registered Nurse (RN)Location:

The Facility Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality pediatric care at a dedicated day health center. This full-time role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services, supervising LPNs and staff, and collaborating with families to ensure optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and document children's health through ongoing assessment.
- Prioritize care needs and deliver safe, quality nursing services.
- Implement physician’s orders and communicate changes in patient conditions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided.
- Support and mentor LPNs and staff, fostering teamwork.
- Partner with families and the care team to promote positive outcomes.
- Active PA RN License (required).
- Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation).
- Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies is a plus, with additional compensation possible.
