Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop, and coordinate individualized care plans aligned with unit standards.
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
- Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies.
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
- Contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and support organizational goals.
- Promote patient safety, satisfaction, and compassionate care during interactions.
- Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Ability to perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate patient care.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
