LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse – Float

Provides primary clinical support in ambulatory settings, assisting providers with patient care, diagnostics, and treatments. Ensures accurate documentation, follows safety and cleanliness protocols, and prepares patients for examinations. Administers medications and vaccines, collects specimens, and supports diagnostic procedures.

• Obtaining and documenting patient histories, vital signs, and clinical data.
• Assisting with minor procedures and diagnostic tests as directed by providers.
• Preparing laboratory specimens and managing patient communication to ensure efficient care.
• Performing and documenting medication and vaccine administration within scope of practice.
• Maintaining a clean, organized examination environment and ensuring readiness of equipment.

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Ability to provide age-appropriate patient care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to safety, patient comfort, and quality care.
