Job Duties- Prepares food for service, sets up the cooking line, and prepares food in designated stations to fill customer orders.
- Follows all written and established recipes and prepares food according to established standards.
- Maintains clean and sanitary work areas, and cleans food prep areas after the meal period.
- Works several stations in a kitchen environment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Promotes superior guest service.
- Two years of Food & Beverage experience in a high‑volume hospitality food and beverage operation.
- Basic knowledge of the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment.
- Effective communication with guests and co‑workers.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to forty pounds.
- Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
