• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities.
• Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff.
• Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and flavor conformity.
• Perform food preparation or service tasks.
• Use point‑of‑sale cash register system.
• Address any questions or comments that customers may have.
• Take customer orders and assemble the orders.
• Replenish supplies and condiments and maintain inventory.
• Notify staff of any food orders or shortages.

• Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
• Lift or move 25–40 pounds occasionally.
• Retrieve items from high and low shelving, fridge/freezer, and under counters.
• Tolerate occasionally loud environments.
• Move throughout the establishment to access the POS, assemble orders, clear tables, and restock inventory.
