Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What

You'll Do

Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are appealing.

Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.

Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.

Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.

Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.

Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Minimum age of 16 years.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
