As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience and help them find exactly what they’re looking for. You represent the company values and bring your real self to work.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork.
• Follow AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have previous retail experience.
• At least 16 years old.
