Account Manager Commercial Lines - Small Business
Gallagher is looking for an Account Manager to support our Commercial Lines Producers and deliver exceptional service to small business clients.
OverviewThe Account Manager provides sales support and customer service for small business insurance needs, working closely with producers to design risk management solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Account management of a group of client accounts with simple to moderately complex needs
- Deliver high quality and efficient service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support producers and account executives as first line of contact when unavailable
- Coordinate resources to address clients’ risk management needs and secure existing business while driving additional sales of services and lines of coverage
- Bachelor’s degree with 0+ years client service/claims experience or High School/GED with 3+ years client service/claims experience
- Producer’s license (or qualifying state license)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology tools
- Previous insurance knowledge and client relationship management experience
- Solid financial acumen
