Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Wilkes‑Barre, Pennsylvania. This is an on‑site position requiring the candidate to operate within the assigned territory to manage accounts, develop relationships, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for account‑specific matters, building strong customer relationships, and acquiring new customers within the Wilkes‑Barre territory.
- Identify opportunities to expand product sales with existing customers and develop new accounts within the region’s industry.
- Demonstrate product offerings to customers using various resources.
- Prepare sales contracts, coordinate with departments, and utilize CRM software to plan and document sales efforts.
- Stay updated on products and technologies, attend industry events, and participate in sales planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, report competitive conditions, and inform customers of company policies.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changes and handle assigned tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the residential industry.
- Extensive product knowledge of relevant products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and conduct presentations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
