Position Overview C&S Wholesale Grocers desires to create the most safe, efficient, and service forward fleet in the country. As a Professional Driver with C&S Wholesale Grocers, you will start your driving career with the company by working with a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT) who will provide coaching and insight on the C&S Way which includes company and regulatory requirements. Once you have successfully completed our new hire training program, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through deliveries of product and services while performing all other assigned duties.

All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.##

* LOCATION:

Wilkes-Barre, PA
**** Pay Rate: $30/hr (OT after 40) (ave over $2000/week!)****$5000 Safety sign on- paid out in 180 days
**** Employee referral as well!
**** Medical after 90
**** Paid every Wednesday
**** Shoe reimbursement
**** Start times @ midnight to 1 am, Monday-Saturday operation, work 5 of those days; off one additional day (not Sat in most cases), including Sunday
**** Description*
* * Utilizing the specialized skills developed with experience and the C&S Professional Driver Training Program, you will operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (semi-truck/eighteen-wheeler/box truck, etc...), applying knowledge of training and commercial driving regulations, to transport and safely deliver product
* Driver will load and unload (ambient or temperature sensitive) product to customers on an average of 3-10 stops per day
* Driver will inspect, document and ensure equipment is operable in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
* Inspect equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements
* All other duties as assigned
