Base pay starts at $19/hour with incentive performance pay (up to $300 extra/week). Schedule is Sunday‑Thursday from 1:00pm to finish each day. Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. As a Warehouse Worker, you will support the shipping and/or receiving functions within the warehouse, maintain inventory and work areas, observe all safety regulations, and ensure all quality standards are met.

• Performs general warehouse duties such as forklift put‑away, let‑downs, will‑call selection, returns, sanitation, breakdown of pallets, wrapping, order selection, loading, and receiving.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required, ensuring a safe work area and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Performs daily safety checks of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
• Performs damage control checks on items received and contacts supervisor when items need removal according to company policy.
• Replaces batteries requiring recharge, completes vehicle inspection checklist, and follows safety procedures.
• Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepares for operations.
• Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and safety gear.
• Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Secures all equipment and completes necessary paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Able to lift, stack, and pull products weighing 10–35 pounds and, conditionally, up to 60–90 pounds.
• Ability to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, and dry).
• Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
