As an Inventory Control Manager, you are a key team member in monitoring and maintaining the overall accuracy, reporting and adequacy of Operating Company inventory. This role manages all aspects of inventory control, including managing the physical counting and necessary reporting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to streamline inventory operations.
This is a stand‑alone position that does not include any direct reports at this time. This role will be responsible for all tasks relating to the function and processes of inventory control.
Position Details- Salary Band: $85K – $95K
- Bonus Potential: 20% of salary
- Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- While based in PA, the individual must be willing to travel to AR as needed (approximately 30‑40% travel).
- This position will oversee inventory management for both PRD PA and PRD AR, while residing in PA.
- The role will have direct reports at both locations (approximately 56 employees total, split between PA and AR).
- Counts inventory materials and posts total inventory records.
- Identifies root causes of variances between clerical computations and physical count of stock and adjust errors and/or investigates discrepancies.
- Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
- Prepares report(s) such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
- Reviews and investigates daily reports.
- Maintains shrinkage at or below company standard.
- Creates and implements best practices and solutions to enhance inventory control and accuracy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- SOX compliance and reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and collaborative thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and intermediate general computer skills.
- Must be able to work the schedule/assigned times.
- Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.

Qualifications- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
- Must be able to work the schedule/assigned times.
- Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
- Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighting between 10‑35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
- Pass post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
- 3+ years of inventory experience in a warehouse environment.
